Although we are starting to see signs of normality once again, the impact of COVID-19 is still prevalent within the schoolwear industry.
This is an important message regarding global supply chain challenges that are impacting the supply of school uniform across the UK.
These challenges are not only impacting Havering Schoolwear, but all schoolwear suppliers across the UK.
What does this mean for you?
The implications of these supply challenges has led to out of stock and delayed items across our store and suppliers. Unfortunately, this is likely to continue throughout summer and into the ‘Back to School’ period.
Not only are we experiencing delays in our orders, our supply chain is unable to provide accurate delivery dates into our stores and warehouse. Therefore, we are then unable to provide our customers with exact delivery dates.
For all our customers who are adversely affected, we apologise for any inconvience caused. We are constantly working to gain more accurate information from our suppliers.
Please rest assure, our teams are working tirelessly to ensure supplies are received and stock is available for our customers as quickly as possible.

Our general stock levels are good at the moment and we are fulfilling 90% of our orders in normal time scales.
