Please read the terms and conditions carefully before placing an order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please see our privacy statement regarding personal information provided by you.

These terms may change from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any future orders received. Once your order is confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes. Occasionally manufacturers make slight changes to garments without advising us and the picture may show a slightly different style to the style you receive. Some accessories are added by the manufacturer and are limited to our first delivery, these extras are deemed to be a bonus by the manufacturer so when these items run out, any accessories shown in the picture may not actually be included.
Delivery Information and Costs
Delivery costs are determined by weight (in grammes) and will change automatically as you place items in the basket:

UK first class recorded, 0-50 - £1.50
UK first class recorded, 51-250 - £2.99
UK first class recorded, 251-500 - £3.50
UK first class recorded, 501-750 - £3.99
UK first class recorded, 751-1000 - £4.50
UK first class recorded, 1001-2000 - £5.50
UK first class recorded, 2001-3000 - £7.50
UK first class recorded, 3001-4000 - £10.00
Signature required with all deliveries.
Delivery Times
Standard
We aim to deliver within 3 working days, subject to stock, following the date your order is placed. A signature is required on delivery. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified by e-mail.
Price and Payment Options
We accept Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard, and Solo.
Your credit/debit card will be charged when you place an order. We will e-mail you to confirm dispatch.
VAT is applied to garments size 38 chest and above, 29 waist and above and shoe size 7 and above. Please see link Customs.hmrc.gov.uk for full details regarding VAT rules.
We currently do not ship overseas.
Credit Card Validation
Your credit/debit will be charged when you place the order. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the check-out stage.
Returns
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
If a delivery is returned to us, as a result of the customer providing incorrect delivery details, being absent or customer negligence we will attempt to contact the customer by e-mail or telephone. In order to resend the delivery we will recharge the full carriage cost to the customer.
Returns by Post
Any goods purchased can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Prior to returning the item you must contact us to obtain an authorisation number either by telephone or e-mail info@haveringschoolwear.co.uk.
Please give us the following details:
• The order number
• The product being returned
• The reason for returning the product
• Do you require an exchange or a refund?
Goods must be returned within seven working days of the authorisation number being issued otherwise the returns authorisation will be cancelled.
Once you have received the authorisation number together with a returns form by return e-mail, please complete the form and return your product to us – the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please ensure that you send returned goods by recorded or registered post as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the post. Please ensure that you include your name and address and returns number in the parcel in order that we can identify where it has come from.
Note
Returns by post cannot be accepted without a valid returns number.
Refunding the Delivery Charge
If we have made a mistake on an item sent to you or it is faulty, damaged, of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item unless it was sent to you with other items which you are not returning.
Statutory Rights
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

We are committed to maintaining your privacy. Our privacy policy statement is given below. If we make changes to this policy, we will notify you through our regular newsletter and by updating this statement on our website.
What information do we collect?
We ask for your name, telephone number, home address and e-mail address. When a purchase is made on our site, in addition to the above, we also ask for delivery address, and payment method details. We may obtain information about your usage of our website to help us develop and improve it further.
What will the Data be used for?
Your data will enable us, and our processors, to fulfil your order and to notify you about important functionality changes.
We will also send you e-mail newsletters from time to time to inform you about our products, services, promotions and special offers from us. If you do not wish to receive e-mail newsletters simply unsubscribe from the e-mail at any time or send an e-mail to info@haveringschoolwear.co.uk in each case writing "unsubscribe" in the subject heading.
We comply with the standards, procedures and requirements laid down in the UK Data Protection Act to ensure that the personal information you give us is kept secure and processed fairly and lawfully.
